With twelve years of experience in mold production, Michael has been given the responsibility to process our wide range of molds. He has established a set of standards regarding processing accuracy, which allows us to strictly control the quality of molds.
For the purpose of creating the highest quality molds available, Aero Mould requires the parts of molds to be precisely machined, in fact, we have invested in dozens of advanced CNC machine tools, just for this purpose. Those components that have been processed by the CNC machine tool can be directly assembled. This helps our bench workers greatly reduce their labor fatigue, while simultaneously enhancing productivity.In order to shorten the mold-making time and enhance our market competitiveness, we have put our quality molds through the high-speed cutting process. Both the processing efficiency and precision are several dozen times higher than that of traditional cutting techniques. In addition, our mold manufacturing process involves several precise machine tools, such as high-speed millers, high-speed lathes and 3-axis or even 5-axis machining centers. Machine tools operate at rotational speeds between 15000 and 30000 rpm. The use of high-speed milling machines, results in a high-precision mold surface and a great shortcut in the mold-making time.
